Below is the complete list of the cookies our website sets itself; when third-party embedded content is displayed, the cookies of the relevant provider fall outside this list.

Regarding cookie lifetimes we prefer an honest approach rather than quoting exact day counts: the language preference cookie is a session cookie that carries no expiry date and is deleted when you close your browser, while the lifetime of the security cookies is determined entirely by Cloudflare.

• NEXT_LOCALE — Purpose: to remember the site language you have selected (Turkish, English, Arabic) and to keep that language throughout your visit — Type: first-party, strictly necessary/functional session cookie, no consent required — Attributes: Path=/, SameSite=Lax — Lifetime approach: it is a session cookie that carries no expiry date; it is deleted when you close your browser, and you can also delete it at any time from your browser settings.
• __cf_bm and similar Cloudflare cookies — Purpose: bot management, security and prevention of abuse; protection of the site against attacks — Type: third-party (Cloudflare) technical/security cookie — Lifetime approach: such cookies may be set by Cloudflare depending on the nature of the visit, and their duration is determined entirely by Cloudflare.
• Apart from these two entries our website does not set any other cookie of its own; when third-party embedded content is displayed, the cookies of the relevant provider fall outside this. Furthermore, no advertising network, analytics provider or social media tracking tool is integrated into our site.

Cookies are generally grouped into three main categories: strictly necessary/functional cookies (required for the site to work and for basic preferences), performance/analytics cookies (used to measure visitor behaviour) and marketing/advertising cookies (used for personalised advertising and retargeting).

Our website uses only the first category, that is, strictly necessary/functional cookies and cookies used for security purposes. We state this clearly and unambiguously:

• Strictly necessary / functional cookies — IN USE (the NEXT_LOCALE language preference session cookie and security cookies that Cloudflare may set).

• Tracking pixels and measurement tags — NOT USED.
• Profiling and automated decision-making — NOT CARRIED OUT. No visitor profile is created through cookies and no interest-based segments are generated.

Promotional videos on our website are delivered through the Cloudflare Stream infrastructure. When such content is displayed, the relevant provider may use its own cookies or similar technologies. In that case the provider's own policies apply, and our company has no control over those technologies.

Our website contains external links directing you to our Instagram profile; when you click such a link, Instagram's own policies apply. Our website also contains links that let you contact us through WhatsApp (wa.me). When you click such a link you are directed to the WhatsApp application or web interface, and from that moment WhatsApp's own privacy and cookie policies apply.

For detailed information about the technologies used by the providers of third-party content, we recommend that you review the cookie and privacy notices of the relevant provider.

You are not obliged to accept cookies. Through the settings section of your browser you can view cookies, delete them, block them for specific sites, or configure your browser to refuse all cookies.

In all common browsers, including Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge, these options are usually found under the privacy and security heading within the settings menu. Because browser interfaces change from version to version, we do not give a fixed menu path here; for the most accurate and up-to-date steps, please refer to your browser's own help and support pages.

Most browsers also allow you to delete cookies in bulk through the screen used for clearing browsing data. In addition, when you browse in private/incognito mode, cookies are generally deleted automatically once the session ends.

Since the cookies used on our website are strictly necessary and functional in nature, blocking them may affect your experience of the site.

If you block or delete the NEXT_LOCALE cookie, your chosen language preference will not be preserved during your visit; the site will show you the default language and you may need to select the language again as you browse the site.

If the cookies set by Cloudflare for security and bot management are blocked, you may encounter verification steps when accessing the site or experience problems loading certain pages. These cookies are not used to identify or track you, but to protect the site against abuse.

Assessed under Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK), the cookies we use are strictly necessary and functional in nature and are used for the operation and security of the website on the legal ground of legitimate interest pursuant to Article 5/2-(f) of the Law. These cookies do not identify visitors, do not create profiles and are not used for any marketing-related processing.

The information collected through the contact and quotation request forms on our website (name, telephone number, e-mail address and message where provided, the product of interest, the site language, together with the IP address, referring page address and browser information automatically added by the server) is not collected through cookies; it is processed when you submit the form and your request is forwarded by e-mail to our company's e-mail address. The IP address is also used to apply rate limiting to form submissions in order to prevent abuse. In addition to the forms, when you visit the site our web server keeps technical access records for security purposes and for the proper functioning of the site; these records contain the IP address, the requested page, the referring page address (referer) and browser information. Those records are created automatically by the server rather than through cookies, and this processing relies on the legal ground of legitimate interest under Article 5/2-(f) of the KVKK.

Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to learn whether your personal data is being processed, to request information if it has been processed, to learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in accordance with that purpose, to request the correction of incomplete or incorrectly processed data, to request its erasure or destruction, to object to the emergence of a result to your detriment by means of analysis of the processed data exclusively through automated systems, and to claim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing. In accordance with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller, you may submit your requests in writing to the address below or to [email protected]; the Law provides that applications are answered within thirty days at the latest.

This Cookie Policy may be updated in line with changes in the technologies used on our website and developments in legislation. The current text is always published on this page, and the "last updated" date shown at the top of the page is refreshed accordingly.

If an analytics, measurement, advertising or similar tool is added to our website in the future, this text will be updated and, where required by legislation, a cookie consent mechanism will be put in place to obtain visitors' explicit consent. As of today no such tool is used, which is why there is no consent banner.

Under Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce, sending commercial electronic messages is subject to separate consent. Our website does not currently send newsletters or commercial electronic messages; should this change in the future, the necessary consents will be obtained separately.
