This policy applies to https://rolvens.com, the website of Rolvens Home Garden Concept, a brand operated by ŞAH BOYA MOBİLYA DEKORASYON SAN. VE TİC. LTD. ŞTİ. Our company is a retailer of garden/outdoor and indoor furniture and operates a physical showroom in Kayseri, Türkiye.

There is no online sale on our website: there is no shopping cart, no payment step, no membership and no account login, and prices are not published on the site. The site works as a catalogue; for products you are interested in, you contact us through the contact form, the quotation request window or a WhatsApp link. This business model naturally keeps the amount of information we collect very small.

This text is written to describe our day-to-day privacy practices in simple language. For your rights under Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK), the legal grounds for processing and the procedure for applying to the data controller, please review our separately published KVKK Disclosure Text.

The Turkish version of this policy is the original. The English and Arabic versions are translations provided for information purposes; in the event of any conflict, the Turkish text prevails.

Information is collected on our website from two sources: the forms you fill in and the technical access logs kept by our web server. The forms come into play only when you choose to contact us; in that case, the information we receive from you is as follows:

In addition, when a form is submitted our server automatically records three technical details: the IP address of your connection, the address of the page from which you submitted the form (referer) and your browser information (user-agent). These are used to understand where the request came from, to prevent spam and misuse, and to limit repeated submissions from the same IP address (rate limiting). Our forms also contain a "company" field that is invisible to users; it is a trap (honeypot) placed there to catch automated spam software and is not filled in by real visitors.

Independently of the forms, when you visit the site our web server keeps technical access logs for security purposes and to ensure the site works properly: your IP address, the page requested, the address of the page you came from (referer) and your browser information (user-agent). These logs are kept to maintain system security, detect faults and prevent misuse; they are not used for advertising or to measure visitor behaviour. This processing relies on legitimate interest under Article 5/2-(f) of the KVKK.

We use this information solely to respond to your request, answer your question, prepare a quotation for the product you are interested in and communicate with you. We do not use your information for advertising, marketing lists or newsletters; such commercial electronic messages require your separate consent under Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce, and our site currently does not send newsletters or commercial messages.

The form you submit is delivered by e-mail to our company's e-mail address via SMTP. The website does not store this information in its own database; your request resides in the company's mailbox. The same flow is used in three places: the contact form, the quotation/price request window and the price request form on the product page.

Even so, it would not be accurate to claim that any transmission over the internet or any form of electronic storage is one hundred percent secure. We take reasonable and up-to-date measures to protect your information, and we ask you to be careful about what you share by telephone or e-mail as well.

Your requests are held in our company's mailbox. Requests are retained for the period necessary for the purpose for which they are processed and for the retention periods arising from legislation; once the purpose no longer exists, they are deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

• Security headers are used on the server side.
• Rate limiting and an invisible spam trap are applied to form submissions.
• Access to the company e-mail account to which requests are delivered is limited to authorised persons only.

Our website uses the smallest possible number of cookies. The only cookie we set ourselves is called NEXT_LOCALE, and its sole purpose is to keep the language you selected (Turkish, English or Arabic) throughout your visit. It is set with Path=/ and SameSite=Lax; it is a session cookie that carries no expiry date, meaning it is deleted when you close your browser. It is a functional cookie necessary for the site to work and does not require consent. This is the complete list of cookies our website sets itself; cookies set by third-party providers when their embedded content is viewed fall outside this list.

Our website is served behind the Cloudflare CDN and security layer. Cloudflare may set technical cookies (for example __cf_bm) for bot management and security purposes depending on the nature of the visit; whether such cookies are set and for how long is determined entirely by Cloudflare. These cookies are not used to track visitors for advertising, but to protect the site against attacks and automated traffic.

There are no analytics cookies, advertising/marketing cookies or tracking pixels on our website. As at the date of publication of this policy, no tool that measures visitor behaviour or shares it with advertising networks is in use.

You can delete or block cookies through your browser settings. If you block the NEXT_LOCALE cookie, your language preference will not be kept during your visit and the site will open in the default language.

We rely on a limited number of service providers to keep the site online. These providers may access the technical data necessary to deliver their service (for example connection details such as an IP address):

When such content is viewed, the relevant provider may use its own cookies and technologies, and that provider's own privacy policy then applies. The site also contains external links to our Instagram profile; when you click such a link, Instagram's own policies apply.

Our website contains links that let you contact us via WhatsApp (wa.me). When you click such a link you are directed to the WhatsApp application or web interface, and from that moment WhatsApp's own policies apply. Messages you send us through WhatsApp reside on that platform's servers.

Our website is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. Our product catalogue and quotation request processes are intended for adult buyers, homeowners and corporate customers.

If you are a parent or guardian and you believe that your child has sent us personal information through a form or via WhatsApp, please contact us at [email protected]. We will review the information and delete it unless a legal reason requires us to retain it.

Our website may from time to time link to third-party websites, to our social media accounts or to map/location links. These links are provided for convenience.

We have no control over, and are not responsible for, the content, security or privacy practices of those websites. When you leave our site by clicking a link, we recommend that you read the privacy policy of the site you visit.

This Privacy Policy may be updated in line with changes to our services, the technologies we use or applicable legislation. The current version is always published on this page and the "Last updated" date at the top is revised. We recommend that you check this date before continuing to use our site.
