The hourglass silhouette of the Hira series moves here from the scale of a side table to the middle of the seating group. The top widens into a generous oval, its outer edge lifted into a thin border with a shallow channel running just inside it, gathering so large a surface into one clear frame. Walnut grain follows the long axis, the mid dark honey brown tone gains depth under a satin sheen, and the outward tapering edge of the top lightens the mass. The body is worked as a single piece: it draws in like a waist beneath the top, then spreads downward into an oval base with softly rounded edges, closer to a river stone than to a pedestal. Instead of standing on feet, that base meets the floor across its whole underside, so the table settles into the room rather than hovering above it. The top sits slightly off the axis of the base, which keeps the heavy form in motion: one side opens up, the other reaches out and carries. Around it, armchairs and sofas gather on a single focal point.
